Riverside Associates Townhomes HOA relies heavily on the dedication of a few volunteers. Please see the list below and let us know which project(s) you would like to help with. Dock Railing Repair
At the annual meeting funds were approved to reinforce the existing dock railings. Many thanks to Scott and Brooke Yanke for taking on this project and seeing it through completion. They were able to do this work themselves, thereby saving HOA dollars.

Awning Project
At our annual HOA meeting in July 2009 it was voted that our deck awnings should be replaced and the replacement would be funded by a special assessment. This project has been completed, thanks go to Geri Savell, Earl King and Walter Law for making it happen!

Gutter Project
The south side of the building requires gutters and downspouts to be installed. This is necessary in order to prevent further soil erosion. We need someone to find and work with a insured and licensed contractor and to supervise the work while it is being done.

Board of Directors
We currently have three positions filled on the HOA Board of Directors. We welcome any member to volunteer to serve in the two remaining positions. Other than commenting on the occasional email or making suggestions to the other Board members, very little time or work is required.
